Exclusive USA Two Year Limited Warranty

New England Imaging Distribution LLC (NEID) warrants to the original retail purchaser, that the product is to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the sales receipt.

During the warranty period, NEID shall repair or replace the product if determined to be defective.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.  This warranty is only valid when the warranty registration is filled out in full.  Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase to gain full benefits of this warranty. Registering the product may be completed online at www.nissinflashesusa.com/product-registration or by mailing this downloadable warranty card and a copy of the original receipt to:

Replacements Under Warranty

If you believe your product may be defective during the warranty period, please contact NEID Customer Support by phone at (603) 504-6317 or by email at customerservice@NEIDLLC.com. A NEID representative will communicate with you to help determine the cause of the defect and additional instructions.

You may be given a return authorization number and be asked to send the product to NEID.  Once received, our service department will determine if the defect is a warranty covered item.  If it is determined to be a warranty issue, NEID will exchange the product without charge.  A replacement will be made with a product of equal or greater value.  The replacement product may be new or refurbished to the Nissin Digital standard of quality, and, at NEID’s option, may be another model of like kind and quality. Exchanged products will assume the remaining warranty period of your original product.  The item replaced becomes the property of NEID.

This warranty covers only normal use. This warranty is not transferable. NEID is not responsible for warranty replacement should the Nissin product have been modified in any way or should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire or flood, damage caused by corrosive batteries which have leaked in the flash or accessory, or service performed by others than NEID.

If it is determined to be a non-warranty issue, further instructions will be communicated as to repair options for the product.
This warranty is only available on Nissin products which have been imported by New England Imaging Distribution, which is the official importer of Nissin Digital products in the United States of America. This warranty is only available to products purchased through Authorized Nissin USA Dealers.

No service or support will be granted to products which were not imported by New England Imaging Distribution or not sold through authorized Nissin USA Dealers.
