Flash Foot Replacement
A broken foot on a flash or accessory can be repaired at our service center in Claremont, NH. For a simple broken foot, established repair rates are listed below. This repair rate includes the part, labor and return shipping. Should we find that the damage exceeds the foot of the flash, you will be notified of any additional repairs needed prior to work being done.

No service or support will be granted to products which were not imported by New England Imaging Distribution or not sold through authorized Nissin USA Dealers. Should NEID receive a non-authorized product for service, the product will be returned to the owner at owners' expense.

Repairs


Warranty Repairs
If you believe your product may be defective during the warranty period, please contact NEID Customer Support by phone at (603) 504-6317 or by email at customerservice@NEIDLLC.com. A NEID representative will communicate with you to help determine the cause of the defect and additional instructions. Please download anf fill out this Nissin Flashes USA Repair and Service Form.

You may be given a return authorization number and be asked to send the product to NEID. Once received, our service department will determine if the defect is a warranty covered item. If it is determined to be a warranty issue, NEID will exchange the product without charge. A replacement will be made with a product of equal or greater value. The replacement product may be new or refurbished to the Nissin Digital standard of quality, and, at NEID's option, may be another model of like kind and quality. Exchanged products will assume the remaining warranty period of your original product. The item replaced becomes the property of NEID.

This warranty covers only normal use. This warranty is not transferable. NEID is not responsible for warranty replacement should the Nissin product have been modified in any way or should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly because of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, or service other than by NEID.

If it is determined to be a non-warranty issue, further instructions will be communicated as to repair options for the product.

This warranty is only available on Nissin products which have been imported by New England Imaging Distribution, which is the official importer of Nissin Digital products in the United States of America. This warranty is only available to products purchased through Authorized Nissin USA Dealers.

Non-Warranty Repair
For products with damages not covered by warranty or for products which are out of warranty, please fill out this Nissin Flashes USA Repair and Service Form. On this form, you may indicate a maximum dollar amount which you are willing to spend on a repair for the particular item. Should an estimate exceed that amount, the repair will not be performed.

Firmware Updates
From time to time it is possible that a firmware update for a particular flash or accessory may become available. In the event that a Nissin product needs a firmware update, New England Imaging Distribution, LLC (NEID) will perform this function at its service center in Claremont, NH. This service is free of charge for flashes and/or accessories which were imported through NEID and purchased through Authorized Nissin USA resellers. Should your equipment require an update, you may complete this Nissin Flashes USA Repair and Service Form and Send to NEID.

If the Nissin product that you own has a micro SD Card slot built into it, then there is no need to send it in for a firmware upgrade. The Micro SD card slot allows the owner to upgrade the firmware on their own.
